HONG KONG, Nov. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Central Wealth Financial Group Limited (00572.HK) (to be renamed as "Future World Financial Holdings Limited") is pleased to announce that the License Fee income from the Membership Points Redemption Online Shopping Platform for October 2016 has recorded a substantial increase to approximately HK$40,000,000, achieved encouraging performance.

The Membership Points Redemption Online Shopping Platform under the brand "Future World Lifestyle" licensing by the Group and operated by the Licensee has generated License Fee income of approximately HK$10,000,000 to the Group since its commencement of operation in September 2016. Continuing the favourable growth momentum, the transaction volume of the E-Platform has an impressive growth in October 2016. The Group shall be entitled to a record high License Fee income.

The Licensee-operated "Future World Lifestyle" offers a range of merchandise, from home and living, fashion and accessories, to healthcare products on the back of a speedy and safe Membership Points Redemption Shopping Platform. The License Fee is calculated and paid to the Group with reference to the transaction volume of the E-Platform in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement. License Fees calculated with reference to the transaction volumes are paid by the Licensee to the Group on a monthly basis.
