The popular Infortrend storage solutions provide excellent performance and solid resilience for businesses. With the growing customer base and demand throughout Europe, Infortrend's onsite service now covers additional countries including Poland, Czech, Slovakia and Romania, on top of existing European countries, thanks to the new partnership with Evernex.
Evernex has comprehensive skills and provides services globally. With training provided by Infortrend, Evernex engineers can provide technical assistance via email/phone, and on-site diagnostic with short response time. Parts can be exchanged onsite in situations like hardware failure. Infortrend provides the spare parts and manufacturer support in case of escalations.
