ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Dec. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Rinchem Company, Inc., announced today that it has completed the acquisition of JS Transportation, a Taiwan-based transportation company. As a global leader in hazardous material supply chain management, Rinchem will benefit from this acquisition by increasing levels of service in the growing Taiwan market. JS Transportation will expand Rinchem's fleet of trucks in the region by increasing Rinchem's strength as a transportation partner specifically for hazardous chemicals and spec gases.

JS Transportation has 110 trucks in its fleet and 180 employees. This acquisition will significantly increase the employee and truck count in Taiwan growing Rinchem's presence in the region.
