("The Company"), (Nasdaq: AMCN), a leading operator of out-of-home advertising platforms in China targeting mid-to-high-end consumers, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the third quarter 2013 ended September 30, 2013 after the U.S. market closes on Tuesday, November 19, 2013. The Company will hold an earnings conference call on the same day at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 Beijing/Hong Kong Time).
