China Oriental Culture Obtained Exclusive Operating Rights of LED Panels at the Olympic Games Venue

HONG KONG, March 10, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Oriental Culture Group Limited (the "Company" or "China Oriental Culture", HKEx stock code: 2371) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into agreement with Gehua Shentang. According to the agreement, China Oriental Culture is granted the exclusive right for the broadcasting of advertisements and programs on 26 LED panels at the main venues of the Olympic Games, as well as the operation of advertising media on the west external surface of Xidan Huawei Centre in Beijing.

The said LED panels are along the Olympic Axis at the main venues of the Olympic Games. Situated between the National Stadium and the Water Cube, these are the only outdoor LED panels in the Olympic Venue in Beijing. It is the major sight-seeing spot of the Olympic Green where people linger. Official statistics of the venue show that the venue attracts 200,000 visitors per day, and even 500,000 on a holiday. There are over 100,000,000 visitors annually. Pursuant to the agreement, the right of broadcasting will commence from 1 April 2011 and up to 31 December 2015.

Pursuant to the Agreement regarding the Xidan Huawei Centre, the right of broadcasting will also commence from 1 April 2011 and up to 31 December 2015.
