Kingworld Medicines to Launch Puji Anti-flu Granules

To Further Expand in Hong Kong Market

HONG KONG, Feb. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Kingworld Medicines Group Limited ("Kingworld Medicines" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", Stock code: 01110), a distributor of renowned branded imported pharmaceutical and healthcare products in the PRC, announced that Kingworld Medicine Healthcare Limited ("HK Kingworld"), a subsidiary of the Group will begin to sell its new product Puji Anti-flu Granules, which is developed by a national experienced team, this year after the launch of Nin Jiom Lingzhi Mel in 2011. The move will help the Group further expand in the Hong Kong market.

According to the Centre for Health Protection under the Department of Health, influenza ("flu") is an acute illness of the respiratory tract caused by flu viruses. There are three types of flu viruses which are commonly known, namely Type A, B and C. The clinical symptoms of flu include fever, cough, sore throat, nasal discharge, muscle pain, fatigue and headache; or vomiting and diarrhoea in some cases.
