Mindtree Selected by Molnlycke Health Care for SAP Application Management

BANGALORE and WARREN, New Jersey, Sept. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Mindtree, a leading digital transformation and technology services company, today announced that it has been selected by Molnlycke Health Care, a world-leading provider of single-use surgical and wound care solutions, to enhance business efficiency using the SAP application suite. This will help Molnlycke Health Care optimize the time to market of its products.

Mindtree will help drive strategic transformational programs for Molnlycke by implementing lean IT practices to further improve efficiencies. This will result in cost effective delivery globally, on a single service management platform.

The program spans across 32 countries and 7,500 employees of Molnlycke, creating a strong and uniform IT governance structure resulting in enhanced visibility across all departments. As part of this engagement, Mindtree will develop and manage several SAP modules ranging from advanced planning and optimization, material management, sales, distribution to finance. Mindtree will also focus on standardizing workflows and streamlining operational processes, leading to constant innovation, cost effective delivery and flexible solutions.
