ObjectVideo Files Complaint Against Pelco

The complaint seeks damages as well as injunctive relief against the defendant for the sale of products that contain software features and functions which infringe certain ObjectVideo patents.

Earlier this year, ObjectVideo entered into portfolio-wide global patent licensing agreements with Tyco Security Products' American Dynamics business unit and Sony Corporation.
