(Other OTC: SRRE; website: www.sunrise.sh) announced that on June 24, 2011, Sunrise has received the $500,000 from Good Speed and has issued 2,500,000 shares of common stock to Good Speed pursuant to the share purchase agreement signed on January 22, 2011.
