A New Solution for Permanent Removal of Dust & Particles in Manufacturing Process

SINGAPORE, Aug. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TRINC challenges antistatic and anti-dust measures with its innovative technology. The static electricity that often destroys electronic components, collects dust and yields inferior products has been hardly solved by Conventional Static ionizers. TRINC brought its unique idea and technology into its field and successfully developed an innovative static elimination system previously unheard of. A plasma display maker reduced dust problems by 75%, an automaker by 84%, and a copying machine maker by 100%.

The words of static and dust may sound trivial, but they become the largest disturbing factors in modern production systems because the world fails to recognize the problem caused by static and dust. This is a serious issue to the global environment; a battle to yield effective products has been desperately fought day and night.  

The unique features of Trinc Ionizers include No-Wind Technology (patented), No Current Leakage and Static-Free-Space (patented) that boost wide area coverage. The improved DC static ionizer system causes positive and negative ions to emanate respectively from a pair of +ve and -ve electrodes. By making use of the Coulomb's force which exerts attraction between homopolar ions and repulsion between heteropolar ions, the system diffuses these ions to travel more distance without the aid of air blow. Inside the Cleanroom, dust and particles are retrieved through the HEPA Filter by way of the circulation. If the conventional static ionizer using the air blow to diffuse ions is applied, the air disturbs a stream of laminar airflow inside the chamber disabling its dust retrieval function and spreading dust particles over.

To make the Cleanroom function effectively, the use of No-Wind Technology is indispensable. Conventional ionizers use compressed air to disseminate the ions during the ionizing process. So when moisture from the compressed air makes contact with the high voltage probe in the ionizer, it causes electric leak.
