SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NSFOCUS Information Technology Co., Ltd., (SZSE:NSFOCUS, Stock Number: 300369), a leading provider of network security solutions, announced today its initial public offering of 21,150,000 shares of common stock at the proposed initial public offering price of RMB41 at the ShenZhen Stock Exchange ChiNext.  The shares are expected to begin trading on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext on January 29, 2014 (CST/GMT+8), under the symbol "NSFOCUS".
