    DALIAN, China, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- RINO International Corporation (the "Company" or "RINO") (Nasdaq: RINO), a leading provider of clean technology solutions to China's iron and steel industry, today announced that it will hold its 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 11 Youquan Road, Zhanqian Street, Dalian, Liaoning, PRC at 10 a.m. on October 8, 2010, local time, which translates to 10 p.m. on October 7, 2010, EDT.

    The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the close of business on August 23, 2010 as the record date (the "Record Date") for determining the shareholders entitled to participate in this meeting.
